AiM was commissioned by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to set up and run the technology programme (£15m) of a major culture change (£38m) to refresh and improve the way the FSA regulated the financial markets. This included work streams for major IT transformation, data centre convergence and relocation, ITIL service management, outsourcing and governance which led to a significant level of change, complexity and risk over the successful delivery.

Success rested upon good understanding of the business objectives, good stakeholder management and good third party supplier management.
