Aim ran a successful programme to deliver a pan-European (13 countries) business continuity management (BCM) solution including design, supply and service procurement outsourcing. 

The programme focused on the functional and non-functional specification, identification, evaluation, selection, procurement, contracting, customisation, user testing, system testing and rollout of a BCM web/intranet software tool and BCM consultancy services, all of which fully met the demands of the company. We addressed technical operations, data centres, nodes, internet solution centres used by high profile financial clients, designed plan templates and negotiated RTO demands, then migrated strategy and information set to the software.
